Extensive breakfast and lots of goodies. Incredibly attentive staff, spotless, huge room with a fireplace and colorful humming birds at the feeders in the trees, as for instance. Excellent and stunning location at a medium distance from Cotocachi Cultural Museum.

The bed was absolutely amazing and the fireplace in the room added a cozy touch. The peacocks in the garden were a unique and beautiful sight. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the little touches like hot water bottles and rose petals made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

Nestled in a stunning "Garden of Eden" setting, this hotel is a perfect escape from bustling cities. The staff was top-notch-- cheerful, friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were pristine.

This hotel is a luxurious getaway, fulfilling the needs of even the most exclusive demands. the spa and wellness centre are top-notch, offering massages and full body treatments that make you feel truly pampered. the restaurant serves exquisite French cuisine with an Indigenous Flair, and the breakfast is cooked to perfection. the garden area is serene and peaceful, the perfect retreat for a quiet moment. The staff is friendly and proactive, making sure all your private facilities are taken care of. Cons: the only minor issue was that the bar/lounge area was a bit small and not comfortable enough to sit and relax after dinner.

We stayed here during Christmas and the complementary chocolate and wine in the room was a nice touch. the location was great, close to the shops and restaurants. the grounds were well-maintained and the gardens were beautiful.
The noise was unbearable. the hotel was located near some very loud parties and the music didn't stop until the early morning hours.
